XPress View
This is the quick and summary overview of the feedback results. The different widgets are designed to provide a quick and effective overview of how your organization is performing. You can look at the results from different aspects:
- summary of responses,
- distribution,
- trend,
- ranking of branch,
- section,
- touchpoint,
- label,
- feedback collector,
- shift (day and time of week),
- and questions.
Access XPressView from Menu
Date Filter on top right enables to select the date range (predefined or custom)

Utilize the filters on left to filter insights for different KPI, branch, section, label, etc.

Click on More of the card to see additional details.
