Assign a kiosk from one touchpoint to another

If you need to utilize kiosk (terminal) of one touchpoint for another touchpoint follow below instruction.

Remove kiosk/terminal from existing touchpoint​

  1. Go to the touchpoint list and find the touchpoint that your want to use the kiosk from (you can use filter functionality)
  2. Click Edit in Manage
  3. Click next two times to go to step 3 “collector setting”
  4. Write down the terminal number you see in the first field (this terminal will be added to the other touchpoint)
  5. Click Remove Terminal and click OK (this will remove the terminal (kiosk) from the touchpoint and becomes available to add to another touchpoint) Remove Terminal
  6. Click update/cancel to go to the touchpoint list

Add terminal/kiosk to another touchpoint​

  1. In the touchpoint list, find the touchpoint you want to add terminal/kiosk to (you can use filter functionality)
  2. Click Edit in Manage
  3. Click Next
  4. Select/update the question as needed
  5. Click Next
  6. In collector setting (step 3), Select Terminal field find the terminal number (from Remove kiosk task above) Find Terminal
  7. Select the terminal
  8. Click update to save the changes.
