Smiley Feedback Terminal Touchpoint
Collect feedback at physical touchpoints and measure experience and satisfaction in real-time. There are 3 configuration that the feedback kiosk can be used:
- Smiley (capture quantitative feedback)
- ABC Choice (capture qualitative feedback)
- Categorical Choice (capture audience preferred choice)
[Note] To activate the feedback terminal you need admin access. Reach out to your Press’nXPress admin user if needed. [Note] You need admin access to create a new touchpoint.
Add Smiley Kiosk
- From top select Manage.
- From left menu select Touchpoints.
- In the first step will define the location of touchpoint, name and the collector type.
- Click Add Touchpoint button to create a new touchpoint.
- Select Branch
- Select Section
- Select the Language of the touchpoint. The language sets the question and details of touchpoint to selected language.
- Add a recognizable Name to the touchpoint for future updates. This name is shown on the dashboard when checking the results.
- Select Terminal as feedback collector
- Click Next to go to second step to select the question.
- Choose Smiley (quantitative feedback)
- Select a Question from the list. If you need assistance with the question contact support@ pxp.ai.
- Question Text enables to customize the selected question that will be displayed on dashboard. Note the reports will show the question select in the previous step.
- The selected detail will be shown on the display illustrator on the right. You could make following adjustment to it:
2. a. Enable QR code
b. Show smileys
c. Footer
i. Add any optional text e.g. Scan QR code to share comment, company name, etc.
ii. select alignment of footer text

- Click Next to go to Collector Setting step
- Select a terminal from the available list. If no terminal available in the list, you need to order a terminal. If all terminals are assigned to other touchpoints you need to first unassign a terminal from another touchpoint.
- [Optional-Config] Update the config settings (connect with support if you need assistance with this)
- Misuse protection: the time-lapse between two valid response.
- Connection Interval: the interval time that the feedback terminal sends the data to the dashboard.
- [optional-config]: Buzzer On or Off
- [Optional-Config-QR] Step 4 is shown in case the terminal is set to smiley, to configure the QR code.
- Dissatisfied Why categories - when respondent selected neutral or sad
- Satisfied Why categories - when respondent selected happy
- Get Contact - collect respondent info
- Promotional Link - add a link at the end of feedback collection. e.g. link to your website, a form, business review site
- Thank You Message - thank you message to show to respondent
- Click the Submit button to create touchpoint.
Add ABC Choice Kiosk
- From top select Manage.
- From left menu select Touchpoints.

- Assign Categories to A, B, C buttons (note that the feedback terminal should support ABC - check with support@ pxp.ai).

Add Polling Kiosk
Polling configuration with Categorical Choices enables you to utilize the PXP kiosk to ask your customers a question and provide them 3 choices to select from. For example ask the following question:
- Which food menu item they like the most? A) Cheeseburger B) SantaFeChicken Sandwich C) Veggi Burger Or
- How often do you shop at the market store per month? A) Less than 3 times B) 3-5 times C) More than 5 times

From top select Manage.

From left menu select Touchpoints.

Add a new touchpoint or find an existing touchpoint from the list to update

In the second step Select Question choose Choice as Question Type

In Question dropdown choose from existing question to use or Edit or Add to add a new question

- Click Add button to add new question
- Enter Question Title
- Enter Choice options (min three)
- Click Submit Form
- Click Edit button to edit existing question
- Update Question Title
- Update Choice options or add new choices (min three)
- Click Submit Form
- [Note] Modification to the "Question Title" and "Option" names are global and will change for any touchpoint that is using the same Question Title and Options.

- Click Add button to add new question

Update Question Text. This text will be shown on the feedback kiosk display only. Ensure the alteration of text is aligned to the selected Question as the reports will show the question select in the previous step.

- Light or dark

Click the Submit button to create touchpoint or Update to save the changes.
Update Kiosk
You can change language, name, question, terminal, config of the terminal touchpoint.
- From top select Manage.
- From left menu select Touchpoints.
- Find an existing touchpoint from the list, click the Edit button located in Manage.
- Update if needed:
- Language of the touchpoint.
- Name that you can identify the touchpoint for future updates and on the dashboard when checking the responses.
- Click Next to go to second step to select the question.
- Update if needed - switch between ABC or Smiley
- Update Question select from the list. If you need assistance with the question contact support@ pxp.ai.
