Text Analytics

Press'nXPress Text Analytics uses machine learning to automatically analyze text and voice feedback, extract clusters, topics, sentiment score, so you can understand what matters most to your customers, uncover trends and see what you can do about it.

Sentiment score range is between -1 and 1.

  • POSITIVE 0.25 to 1
  • NEUTRAL 0.25 to 1
  • NEGATIVE 0.25 to 1

Access Text Analytics from Menu

Utilize the filters on top to see the responses for different date range, branch, section, label, weekday, etc.

Text Analytics has different tabs

  1. Summary: provides the overview of all the comment, sentiment score, clusters, topics, and comments trend.
  2. Cluster: provides the list of clusters identified per comment and by selecting one cluster, respective comments will be shown.
  3. Topic: provides the list of topics (key words and concepts) identified per comment and by selecting one topic, respective comments will be shown.
  4. Label: provides the list of labels (when label automation and tagging of response is enabled) and by selecting one label, respective comments will be shown.
  5. Word Cloud: topics and clusters are shown as word cloud. The text size represents the volume of occurrence and the color represents the average sentiment score.
  6. Comments: list of all comments with the details of date, time, location.
  7. X-Dimension: provides capability to analyze responses across different dimensions e.g. questions by branch, section by branch. Use the top dropdowns to select different dimensions for x axis and y axis.
