Organization Settings

[Note] For admin users.

Add or change Logo of your organization which will be shown on digital feedback pages. Click on logo and upload the image file and click Submit.

API token

Press’nXPress RESTful APIs will allow you to integrate your other applications with Press’nXPress e.g. sending feedback email. Every call is validated against your organization API token. Follow the instructions below to see how to obtain the API token and make Press’nXPress API call. [Note] to generate token you need to have admin access. Reach out to your Press’nXPress admin user to generate the API key.

The API token is bound to organization and will allow operating on touchpoints within the organization and branch scope. You are required to supply the API token with every request, otherwise, the call will fail and an appropriate error message will be shown.

Generating API Token

  1. Go to the dashboard
  2. Select Settings > Organization Setting from the menu.
  3. Click generate token button
  4. The token will be generated and shown immediately on the page.

Keep the API token safe

If any of your tokens are compromised, contact support@ pxp.ai immediately to enable regeneration of the token for your integrations.

"Add Feedback" Button Touchpoint Token

This feature enables registering customer verbal feedback for example a feedback received over phone conversation or in person from customer. The Add Feedback can be accessed in contact and conversation module. [Note] To use this feature you need to have a website touchpoint created and use the token of it for the configuration.   1. Go to the dashboard
  2. Select Settings > Organization Setting from the menu.
  3. "Add Feedback Button" Touchpoint Token (see note above).
  4. Click the Save button.
