Enable Add Feedback Button
This feature enables you to capture customer verbal feedback for example in phone conversation or in person. [Note] To use this feedback it should be configured in organization [setting] (/docs/how-to-guides/organization-settings "Organization Settings and Configuration").
[Note] You need to be part of Contact Management Team to use this feature. Reach out to your Press’nXPress admin user as needed to add you part of Contact Team.
Find Contact to Register Feedback
- Go to the dashboard and select Contact > Contacts from the menu.
- Search for the contact in the filter section on top of page.
- Select the contact from Respondent list.
- Click Add Feedback button.
- Validate the contact information.
- Add Optional Extra Context for the feedback that you want to capture.
- Click the Next button.
- Click the Smiley Response that represents the feedback.
- Click the Why category (if enabled for this [touchpoint] (/docs/getting-started/website-feedback-collector-widget "Create website feedback touchpoint")).
- Add comment on behalf of the customer.
- Click Submit
Add Contact to Register Feedback
- Go to the dashboard and select Contact > Contacts from the menu.
- Click Add Feedback button.
- Click Find contact
- Enter contact email address - if the contact exists system will find it.
- ADD or validate the contact information.
- Add Optional Extra Context for the feedback that you want to capture.
- Click the Next button.
- Click the Smiley Response that represents the feedback.
- Click the Why category (if enabled for this [touchpoint] (/docs/getting-started/website-feedback-collector-widget "Create website feedback touchpoint")).
- Add comment on behalf of the customer.
- Click Submit
