Manage Experience Journey Map

Thinking about the overall path that your customer follows during their interactions with your brand and defining what that customer journey looks like can be an important start of improving your overall customer experience. Press’nXPress Experience Journey Map tool is an easy-to-use tool to map the touchpoints where you collect feedback across customer experience journeys for different personas and objectives. The insights will help you understand your organization’s current state and visualize customer pain points, needs and expectations. It is a collaborate tool for all your organization

[Note] Admin can create or edit experience journey map.

Add Experience Journey Map

  1. From Menu select Experience Journey Map
  2. Click Add Journey Map button to create a new journey map.
  3. Add the basic info about the journey:
    1. Add a recognizable Name for the journey.
    2. Define the Persona of user who experiences this journey.
    3. Set an Objective for this journey map.
  4. Click Next to add details about the journey. A journey may consist of three phases. Passive, Active and Post engagement. For each phase define followings:
    1. Add Stages of journey in each phase.
    2. Add keypoints Touchpoints or Sections that belong to each stage.
      1. Set the Goal and target score for each keypoint.
    3. Add teams and departments names that are involved at each stage.
  5. Click Submit

Edit Experience Journey Map

  1. From Menu select Experience Journey Map
  2. Click Edit pen icon under Actions button to edit the journey map.
  3. Update the basic info about the journey:
    1. Recognizable Name for the journey.
    2. The Persona of user who experiences this journey.
    3. Objective of the journey map.
  4. Click Next to update details about the journey. For each phase update followings as needed:
    1. Edit Stages of journey in each phase.
    2. Edit keypoints Touchpoints or Sections that belong to each stage.
      1. Update the Goal and target score for each keypoint.
    3. Update teams and departments names that are involved at each stage .
  5. Click Update

Delete Experience Journey Map

  1. From Menu select Experience Journey Map
  2. Click Edit pen icon under Actions button to edit the journey map.
  3. Set Status to Inactive. - If you need to activate an inactive journeymap contact support@ pxp.ai
  4. Click Update
