Download feedback responses

Simply download the feedback response and comment datasets in Excel format. Follow this guide to download the feedback responses and comments from the dashboard.

Dataset Download – Responses​

  1. On the left menu click Advance Report.
  2. Use filtering options on top such as date range, branch filters, etc. to create the dataset that you want to download. alt text
  3. Use the Dimension dropdown to select the parameter that you want to see e.g. Branch, Question, Touchpoint. alt text
  4. Use Time Series selection to choose month, week, date series. alt text
  5. The visualizations on the dashboard will guide you in understanding what data you are looking at as you filter the data.
  6. Click Download Dataset button to download dataset behind any combination that you created. alt text

[Note] Filename will include the Dimension and Date Range selected.

Dataset Download – Comments​

  1. On the left menu click Text Analytics.
  2. Go to the Comments tab. alt text
  3. Use filtering options on top of page such as date range, branch filters, etc. to create the dataset that you want to download. alt text
  4. The table will show the list of comments that you are about to download.
  5. Click Download as Excel button to download dataset behind any dataset that you filtered. alt text

[Note] Filename will include comments and date the dataset downloaded.
