Zapier Integration

[Zapier] (https://zapier.com) lets you send info between Press'nXPress and Zapier automatically—no code required. Like many SaaS solutions, Press'nXPress has an app available for making “zaps” in Zapier. Zapier is a powerful software that allows you to connect to thousands of other apps, including HubSpot, Slack, Zendesk, Marketo, Asana, Google sheets, , Google Forms, Facebook, and more. How Press'nXPress + Zapier Integrations Work

  • Step 1: Authenticate Press'nXPress and Zapier.
  • Step 2: Pick one of the apps as a trigger, which will kick off your automation.
  • Step 3: Choose a resulting action from the other app.
  • Step 4: Select the data you want to send from one app to the other.

Connecting Zapier and Press'nXPress​

If your Press'nXPress subscription includes access to the PXP Zapier extension, your Press'nXPress Account Representative, will send you a link inviting you to use the PXP App on Zapier.

Action a PXP touchpoint with an event happens in another application​

Needing to request feedback based on event in another application? Connecting the apps with PXP will enable to send feedback request or generate a unique feedback URL or QR based on a trigger.

  1. Create a zap
  2. Select a [Trigger] (https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/set-up-your-zap-trigger) "Zap Trigger") application for your Zap
  3. Configure the app & event
  4. Test trigger and continue to [Action] (https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/set-up-your-zap-action) "Zap Trigger")
  5. Search for the Press'nXPress app in Zapier App Event
  6. Use the PXP Organization API key to allow Zapier access your PXP account.
  7. After successful authentication Select Action Event
    1. Generate Feedback Link: Generates a unique feedback URL that can be sent to the user.
    2. Email Feedback Request: Send Email Feedback requests to the users for the configured touchpoint.
    3. SMS Feedback Request: Send SMS Feedback requests to the users for the configured touchpoint.
  8. Click Continue to Set up action
  9. Fill and map the form
    1. Channel token: this is touchpoint token. Go to specific touchpoint from Touchpoint menu tab, and click Get API located under Manage.
    2. Map the other fields to triggering application data
  10. Test action and continue

A PXP response Triggers another application​

Needing to send feedback responses to another application? Connecting the apps, data automatically flows to your apps upon a response is received.
