Action Hub Team Members

Provide Access to Action Hub​

[Note] For admin users.

Conversation module enables to close the feedback loop with your customers. It is one single location to see the history of feedback and conversation with customers.

If the user needs access to conversation module, Assign user as Member or Manager in [Step 4 of Create/Edit User] (/docs/how-to-guides/user-access-management/user-access-management#conversation-hub-permission "Action Hub Permission")

  1. None User does not have access to Action Hub.
  2. Member User has access to Action Hub but cannot edit Action Hub settings.
  3. Manager User has full access to Action Hub and can edit Action Hub settings.
