Notification Alert

The PXP Notification Alert will check every hour the responses that are received and based on the settings of alert will send the alert when the criteria is met. Following can be configured:

  • Number of Responses: what is the threshold of response for which the alert should be sent.
  • Consecutive Response: should there be consecutive responses or it can be non-consecutive
  • Response Type: is the criteria on red response or red & yellow

For Example for the following settings, the alert will be sent on top of the hour if in the last hour, [5] [red and yellow] [consecutive] responses received at any of the selected touchpoints.

  • Number of Responses: 5
  • Consecutive Response: consecutive responses
  • Response Type: Red & Yellow

[Note] The criteria will be checked per touchpoint and it is not cumulative across all touchpoints.

  1. In the Personal Settings page under Notification Alert Email, click Edit to configure the alert. alt text
  2. Set the number of responses
  3. Select Consecutive or Non Consecutive
  4. Choose Red only or Red & Yellow
  5. Select touchpoints for which the alert criteria should be checked. Select from left list and add to the right list.
  6. After the changes are done, click Submit.

Disable​

  1. To disable the alert notification email, click the Edit button.
  2. Change the status to Disabled
  3. Click Submit
